You can still make it to MAEC!

CONSTRUCTION:

As they are completing the construction, the intersection of 10th & Evans will close periodically.  You may need to use Charles and Read Circle to come around to us on Evans Street.

10th Street is closed between Evans St and Dickinson.  However, you can still make it through for MAEC!  It looks confusing with road closure and detour signs, but no worries!

 See you at MAEC!

Decrease My Stress: Relaxation Through Music

Want to lower your stress or anxiety? Music is a significant mood-changer and reliever of tension, working on many levels at once. Involvement in music has shown to decrease heart rates and to promote higher body temperature – a sign of the body relaxing! Relaxation can lower metabolism, help treat chronic pain and reduce insomnia. By learning techniques for deep relaxation, you can focus on relaxing the mind and the body at the same time. Learn skills you can practice at home on your own. Let us help you make the process of relaxation easier for yourself. This is "Caring For You" time!
